We are entering into a season where we give ourselves to "pray and prepare" for all that God has in store for NewCity in the years to come. Jesus intends for his church to be known as "a house of prayer for all the nations" (Mark 11:17). What would this look like for NewCity? To move forward, we want to look backward at the early church and her life together as a house of prayer.
Throughout January, we will be exploring the early church as a praying church throughout the first six chapters of Acts. We want to learn from our Spirit-inspired family history what only God can do in us and through us in the years to come.
