Site Pastor, NewCity Central
Ru serves as the Site Pastor of NewCity’s first contextualized worshipping community. Ru’s responsibilities include prayer, developing leaders and shepherding the NewCity Central Flock through those leaders.
Aaron Angstrom

In addition to leading in Operations for all of NewCIty, Aaron’s responsibilities, beyond prayer, include recruiting, training and deploying musicians, vocalists, artists and technicians into our Multiplication Strategies.
Michelle Winslow
Children’s Ministry Director, NewCity Orlando
Michelle Winslow is the Children’s Ministry Director for all of NewCity. In addition to praying for parents and children, she investigates and implements curriculum, and she trains and supports lay leaders and volunteers in the various aspects of CityKids.
Mike Boland
Site Director, NewCity Downtown
Mike is the Site Director of NewCity’s second contextualized worshipping community. Beyond Prayer, Mike helps new people connect to the community life of NewCity Downtown and helps to disciple the leaders of the Downtown Site.
Joel Piedt
Worship Leader, NewCity Downtown
In addition to producing, engineering and songwriting in Orlando’s local music scene, Joel leads the Downtown Community in musical worship. His heart is to both serve the church and reach the lost through various expressions of art and music.
Eric Stites
Congregation Planter, NewCity Holden Heights
Eric is planting NewCity’s Third Contextualized Worshipping Community in the distressed but high potential neighborhood of Holden Heights. In that work, beyond prayer, he is further understanding his neighborhood, gathering and training a Core Group of Neighbors and Developing the leaders of the Congregation and Neighborhood.
Demetrius Summerville

In addition to working as a Mental Health Counselor at Winter Park High School, Demetrius leads NewCity Holden Heights in their desire to serve and know their neighborhood in hopes of gathering more and more of their neighbors into the community of NewCity Holden Heights.
Dan Anderson
Church Planting Resident
Dan Anderson is our Church Planting Resident. As Dan (and his wife Kimberly) are discipled and equipped for church planting, he serves the church by providing oversight to the Student Ministry and helping in the discipleship process for some of NewCity’s members.
