Ru Sen is the Pastor of Leadership Development. Ru’s responsibilities include prayer, pastoring through our leaders, and planning our church planting efforts in India. Ru lives with his wife and 2 children in College Park.

Ted Sinn is the Lead Pastor at NewCity. Ted’s responsibilities include prayer, preaching, and planning for NewCity’s future. He lives with his wife and 5 children in College Park.

Michelle Winslow
Children’s Ministry Director
Michelle Winslow is the Children’s Ministry Director. Michelle’s responsibilities include training and supporting CityKids volunteers, implementing curriculum and leading CityKids Bash. She lives with her husband in College Park.

Church Planting Intern
Dan Anderson is one of our Church-Planting interns. As Dan is discipled and equipped for church planting, he serves the church by providing oversight to the Student Ministry and helping in the discipleship process for some of NewCity’s members.

Mike Boland is one of our Church Planting Interns. Mike is responsible for discipling some of the men in the Leadership Community. He lives with his wife and 3 children in College Park.

Mercy Ministry Liaison
Jeff Johnson is our Mercy Ministry Liaison. Jeff connects our [Home] Groups to mercy ministry organizations and opportunities in the city. Jeff lives with his wife and 3 children in Maitland.

Roy McDaniel
Student Ministry Intern
Roy McDaniel is the Student Ministry intern at NewCity. Roy is responsible for teaching, leading and discipling students from the 6th through 12th grade at NewCity. Roy lives with his wife in Oviedo.

Demetrius Summerville
Holden Heights Team Leader
Demetrius and Amy Summerville are our Church-Planting Team Leaders for the Holden Heights Project. Demetrius and Amy and their three children are moving deeper into this under-served neighborhood in the near future.
