Jesus’ Kingdom advances through the Multiplication of Congregations that Make Disciples. Because of that, from day one, we have said that we want New City to be a healthy and vital Church Planting Church. Not only do we partner with Church Planting Movements around the world, we are elated by the prospect of sending out into Orlando more “contextualized worshipping communities.”
Current Investments
Each year, NewCity sets aside a significant portion of all internal giving for external kingdom investments. Additionally, we add all surplus “year end” giving to the amount saved throughout the year. The following are our Current Investments.

Church-Planting Residents
NewCity has established an ongoing Residency Initiative wherein potential planters are discipled (in character, ministry and theology) towards Church Planting in the near future.
2NewCity Holden Heights
NewCity’s next step in their Multi-Congregation / Multi-Site Vision is the planting of a Congregation in the distressed but high potential downtown neighborhood of Holden Heights. We are so excited by the fact that God has provided us with a Congregation Planter in Eric Stites. Eric has joined the staff and is working alongside Demetrius Summerville, our Director of Community Outreach.
San Diego/Tijuana
NewCity’s Lead Pastor, Ted Sinn, leads a cohort of church planters and pastors (from a variety of denominations and backgrounds) in various regions of the Bi-National Cities of San Diego and Tijuana.
4Global Cities of India
Ru Sen, a Pastor at NewCity, is also on staff with Tim Keller’s City to City. Ru is the Church Planting Catalyst for India with the goal of seeing Gospel Centered, Discipleship Focused, Multiplication Minded churches be planted among the Urban Professionals of the global cities of India.
